Budget Manager

Role Description The Budget Manager at Centro de Diagnóstico por Imágenes CEDISA will oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of organizational budgets to support sound financial decision-making. In this part-time, remote role, the Budget Manager will prepare budget forecasts, track actual performance against budget, and identify variances and trends. The role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to gather financial data, reviewing expenditures for accuracy and alignment with budget guidelines, and recommending adjustments to optimize resource allocation. The Budget Manager will also assist in developing financial reports and dashboards for leadership, help maintain compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations, and support continuous improvement of budgeting processes and tools.Qualifications Strong budget management and budgeting skills, with demonstrated experience in planning, tracking, and adjusting budgets.Solid finance and accounting knowledge to interpret financial statements and support accurate financial reporting.Advanced analytical skills to perform variance analysis, identify trends, and generate data-driven recommendations.Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software, including tools such as Excel or comparable applications.Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle part-time remote work and meet deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and presenting financial insights.Experience in healthcare or diagnostic imaging environments is beneficial but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
