About The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Technology Operations Specialist to identify business challenges and turn them into practical technology solutions using AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills with the technical ability to independently build prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and minimum viable products (MVPs).This role focuses on identifying opportunities, validating ideas through pilots, and delivering measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve business efficiency, customer experience, governance, and operational performance through AI, automation, and data analyticsEngage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, map existing processes, gather requirements, and define practical solutionsTranslate business needs into use cases, business cases, functional requirements, success criteria, and implementation roadmapsIndependently develop proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and MVPsDesign and develop data models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-makingPlan and manage pilot delivery, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, feedback, and progress reportingCollaborate with IT, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and business teams to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, cost-effective, and scalablePrepare presentations, dashboards, executive updates, and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadershipSupport solution adoption through user guides, training materials, feedback sessions, and handover documentationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, AI adoption, data analytics, automation, product development, or related technology-enabled rolesHands-on experience developing practical technology solutions, prototypes, POCs, MVPs, AI agents, dashboards, or automation workflowsStrong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, use-case development, and business-case preparationPractical knowledge of AI solutions, data analytics, Power BI, automation, and low-code/no-code platformsUnderstanding of emerging technologies, cloud platforms, integration concepts, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology architectureExperience managing projects or pilots, including timelines, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communicationStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business languagePreferred QualificationsCertifications in AI, data analytics, Power BI, automation, project management, product management, design thinking, or business analysisA master's degree in a relevant discipline
