This position is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities related to heavy equipment rental, trading, and training, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and timely delivery of services. The role includes monitoring workflows, tracking equipment utilization, updating internal systems, and preparing operational reports to support decision-making. The Operational Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, logistics, training staff, and external partners to resolve issues, optimize processes, and maintain high service standards. The role also involves supporting project execution, assisting with documentation and compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support operational decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and document operational processes clearly.Candidates should possess Sales skills to support client inquiries, contribute to proposals, and assist in converting operational opportunities into business growth.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, manage equipment schedules, and ensure smooth execution of rental, trading, and training activities.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, track, and deliver operational initiatives on time and within scope.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.Experience in heavy equipment, logistics, or industrial services operations is an advantage.Proficiency in standard office and ERP or operations software, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail are preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and uphold safety and compliance standards is required.
