Sales Operations Executive – Financial Services

Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Financial Services Salary: AED 13,000 per month + AED 3,000 monthly bonus Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleSELECTED is partnering with an established financial services company in Dubai to recruit an experienced Sales Operations Executive.Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support the sales function, streamline internal processes and ensure the efficient management of sales operations.The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales operations, sales support or commercial administration, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.- Manage and maintain accurate sales data, CRM records and pipeline information.- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards and revenue forecasts.- Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular updates to management.- Coordinate client onboarding processes and ensure all required documentation is completed.- Work closely with sales, finance and operations teams to ensure efficient internal processes.- Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows, reporting and operational efficiency.- Assist with the preparation of commercial proposals, contracts and client documentation.- Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.- Support the implementation and improvement of CRM systems and sales processes.Requirements- Previous experience in sales operations, sales coordination or commercial support, preferably within financial services.- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using CRM systems.- Experience preparing sales reports, dashboards and performance analysis.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance and operational teams.- Previous experience within the UAE financial services market would be advantageous.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established financial services business and play an important role in supporting the efficiency and performance of its sales function.The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial team to improve operational processes, support business growth and ensure consistent delivery of sales objectives.SELECTED Middle East | Recruitment Specialists
