Job Responsibilities

Project Management & Governance: Support the end-to-end management of key cross-functional projects, including planning, scope definition, milestone setting, and execution tracking. Guarantee deadlines and deliveries are met, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans to keep initiatives on schedule.Operational Collaboration: Understand strategic directions at various stages and provide support for headquarters key projects and operational activities. Through operational actions such as data organization, incentive implementation, benchmark establishment, and issue identification/feedback, provide support for strategy implementation.Sales Data Management: Responsible for organizing and analyzing sales data, proficiently using data analysis platforms and AI-assisted tools to automatically extract key information, providing data support for the sales team.Status & Bottleneck Follow-up: Monitor project progress on an ongoing basis, follow up on status with stakeholders at all levels, surface bottlenecks and blockers early, and escalate or coordinate resolution before they impact delivery timelines. Maintain clear reporting rhythms (e.g., weekly status reviews) to keep leadership informed.Business Liaison: Interface with business units to understand business directions and accurately comprehend sales requirements. Through collaboration with headquarters and cross-departmental coordination, provide critical data, project coordination, and process optimization support to ensure orderly business operations.Internal Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources across internal departments to resolve issues and obstacles in the sales process; leverage intelligent data organization tools to enhance decision-making support efficiency.

Job Requirements
