Business Project Manager – Trade Finance (Transaction Banking) | GCC – onsiteWe are looking for Business Project Manager to own trade and supply chain finance change across multiple GCC markets Our client, a leading regional bank with a strong transaction banking franchise.You will own trade finance change end to end: LCs, guarantees, collections, receivables and payables finance, and trade on the corporate portal. You will turn product and operations needs into delivered platforms, digitise trade documents, and build compliance controls into every workflow.What you will do- Run multiple concurrent trade projects from business case to go-live.- Own BRDs, review FSDs and SWIFT category 7 mapping, lead UAT with Trade Operations.- Deliver digital trade: portal journeys, document AI, e-documents and e-invoicing integration.- Grow supply chain finance programmes with Product and Sales.- Embed TBML, sanctions and audit controls with Compliance.What you bring- 10+ years in trade finance, 5+ years delivering trade projects on the bank side.- Working command of UCP 600, ISBP 821, URC 522, URDG 758 and ISP98.- Hands-on with a major trade finance platform (e.g. Eximbills, CGI Trade360, Finastra, Surecomp) and SWIFT MT7xx.- Supply chain or receivables finance delivery experience.- Proven vendor, budget and steering committee management.

Location: GCC – onsite client deployment (hiring hub: Dubai, UAE).

Candidates must be willing to relocate and work onsite in any GCC country.Nice to have: CDCS or CSDG; PMP or CSPO; digital trade or DLT projects.
