The organization values long-term growth, professional integrity, and the development of successful learning centers.Role Description This full-time on-site Cad Trainer role is based at EduCADD’s Bengaluru center. The Cad Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and lab-based training in CAD and related software tools, following EduCADD’s curriculum and standards. Daily activities include planning lessons, conducting interactive training sessions, demonstrating software features, guiding learners through hands-on projects, and assessing learner performance. The role involves updating training materials, providing individual feedback and support, maintaining training records, and coordinating with the academic and center management teams. The Cad Trainer is also expected to stay current with industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement of the training programs.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and relevant CAD/CAM/CAE domains.Candidates should possess programming skills applicable to CAD tools, automation, or engineering workflows.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear instruction, learner engagement, and feedback.Candidates should possess experience in Curriculum Development, including lesson planning and training material creation.Candidates should possess demonstrated Teaching skills, including classroom management and learner evaluation.Relevant experience training on CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with center staff, adapt to diverse learner needs, and maintain professional ethics.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to upgrade skills as technologies evolve.
