Handle incoming calls, guest enquiries, and requests professionally.Provide accurate information and timely assistance through telephone and chat channels.Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.Support face-to-face guest interactionsHandle guest concerns and complaints, escalating when required.Interact confidently with VVIP and high-profile guests while maintaining confidentiality.Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.Support major events and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
