Capital Market Origination Manager

ResponsibilityDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, SOEs, and financial institutions.Lead origination, structuring, and execution of plain vanilla and structured debt instruments.Oversee pricing strategy, investor engagement, and deal syndication.Guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic direction of DCM business.Represent the firm in industry forums, regulator meetings, and investor conferences.Collaborate with senior management and other business units (e.g., IB, Treasury, Corporate Banking)QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.4–7 years of experience in DCM, corporate finance, or investment banking.Strong understanding of Thai debt capital market regulations and processes.Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.CFA or related professional designation is a plus.
