We are looking for an exceptional Category Head to lead our growth momentum across the Africa Cluster!Based in the UAE, this senior leadership role will shape the next phase of our growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Drive top-line and bottom-line growth, outpacing the market in both expansion and profitability across the region.Vendor & Market Dominance: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic vendor partnerships and promotional programs to secure market leadership.Customer-Centric Growth: Build long-term, high-value relationships with key external stakeholders and clients.People & Capability Building: Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing, diverse team to foster a culture of pride and excellence.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership to execute ambitious yearly and quarterly business plans.What We Are Looking For:15+ years of senior leadership experience managing complex, large-scale businesses.Proven expertise in P&L management, growth strategy execution, and commercial/sales operations.Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial drive.Exceptional capability in building strategic vendor relationships and navigating complex operational environments.Background or familiarity with distribution, omnichannel, or Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) models is a plus!
