Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's overall business strategy, operations, and growth across all countries and international branches.The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all subsidiaries, country operations, and business units, driving financial performance, expanding market presence, strengthening commercial relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all geographical markets.The ideal candidate will have extensive international management experience, strong business and financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading multi-country operations and delivering sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's overall corporate strategy and long-term growth plans across all countries.Oversee all international branches, subsidiaries, and business operations.Lead and manage Country Managers, General Managers, and senior leadership teams.Drive revenue growth, profitability, business development, and international market expansion.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across all operations.Establish business objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for all countries.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, investors, and government stakeholders.Ensure operational efficiency, corporate governance, and compliance with local regulations in all operating markets.Lead organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.Report business performance and strategic progress to the Board of Directors and shareholders.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for expansion.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including significant senior executive leadership experience.Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Group CEO, or equivalent.Extensive experience managing multi-country operations and international business activities.Strong track record in business growth, financial management, and commercial leadership.Excellent strategic planning, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Strong understanding of international business environments and corporate governance.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally as required.
