Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Dubai, UAE | Leading Retail OrganisationKingston Stanley is partnering with a leading international retail organisation to appoint a commercially focused and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Dubai.Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's financial strategy, driving commercial performance and supporting continued regional and international growth.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity requiring a strong understanding of large-scale retail operations, financial governance and working capital management.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO and Board to drive financial strategy, business planning, capital allocation and long-term growth.Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting and financial governance.Drive working capital optimisation, inventory management, margin performance and cash flow efficiency.Collaborate closely with buying, merchandising, supply chain and commercial leadership teams to improve business performance.Evaluate investment opportunities, business expansion initiatives and operational profitability.Strengthen financial controls, reporting systems, data analytics and technology-enabled business processes.Lead and develop high-performing finance and technology teams across the organisation.Candidate RequirementsExtensive senior finance leadership experience within a large-scale retail organisation is essential.Strong commercial understanding of inventory-intensive retail operations, working capital and profitability.Experience operating within a complex, multi-entity or multinational retail environment.Proven ability to engage with CEOs, Boards and senior stakeholders.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience in financial transformation, ERP systems and data-driven decision-making would be advantageous.Currently operating as a CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leader.This opportunity would suit an established Retail CFO or an accomplished Finance Director ready to progress into a broader strategic leadership role.To apply: Please submit your CV or contact Kingston Stanley for a confidential discussion.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
