We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our finance team at Al Habib Bedding, a growing retail company in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing.Review branch sales, cash collections, and financial reconciliations.Monitor inventory transactions and assist with stock reconciliations.Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage.Knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.Previous experience in the retail sector is preferred.
