Collections Officer

We’re hiring: Collection Officer, HMO Billing & Collections 📋Maria Health PH is a licensed HMO intermediary helping companies get better healthcare for their people. As we grow our book of corporate accounts, we’re looking for a detail-obsessed Collection Officer to join our Finance team.What you’ll own: Every month, you’ll make sure the money moves the way it should, from HMO billing all the way to commission.Billing: Make sure the HMO issues an invoice or SOA for every monthly accrual within 30 days of month-endReceipt: Confirm and document that each client actually received their invoice or SOACollection: Track client payments to the HMO and follow up on overdue accountsMatching: Collect client proofs of payment and match them to the right invoicesCommission: Make sure Maria Health’s commission from the HMO comes in on timeWhat success looks like: Every accrual is billed on time, every invoice has proof of receipt, every payment is matched by month-end close, and commissions come in when they’re due. If you love seeing a reconciliation come out to zero, you’ll enjoy this.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 years in billing, collections, or accounts receivable (HMO, insurance broker, or healthcare experience is a big plus)Working knowledge of BIR documents, including Form 2307 and official receiptsStrong Excel skillsRole details: 📍 Remote / off-site 🕘 Full-time 🏢 Finance team, reporting to the CFOInterested?
