We're Hiring | Consultant ENT Surgeon📍 Location: Abu Dhabi💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE.The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in diagnosing and surgically managing ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions, including advanced ENT procedures and minimally invasive techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for internationally trained consultants seeking career growth, a competitive salary, and a rewarding professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck disordersPerform tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) within authorized clinical privilegesEvaluate and treat chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, hearing loss, recurrent tonsillitis, and other ENT conditionsPerform diagnostic procedures, including nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, and otoscopic examinationsConduct appropriate otologic procedures, including myringotomy, tympanoplasty, and ear surgery, where trained and credentialedAssess and manage ENT emergencies, airway obstruction, epistaxis, and foreign body casesInterpret diagnostic investigations, including CT scans, MRI, audiometry, and tympanometryDevelop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans based on clinical findingsProvide comprehensive pre-operative assessments, surgical management, and post-operative follow-upCollaborate with audiologists, anesthesiologists, neurologists, pediatricians, and other multidisciplinary specialistsEnsure compliance with DOH regulations, surgical safety protocols, infection control, and patient safety standardsRequirementsMBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT / Head & Neck SurgeryBoard certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualificationAmerican Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirableMinimum 5-10 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferredStrong expertise in ENT surgical procedures, endoscopic sinus surgery, otologic conditions, and head and neck disordersEligible for DOH Consultant ENT / Otolaryngology classification/license in Abu Dhabi, with relevant surgical privileges, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirementsBenefitsCompetitive salary package and attractive employment benefitsOpportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility in Abu DhabiModern ENT surgical facilities and advanced diagnostic technologiesMedical insurance and annual leave, subject to applicable employment termsExcellent career growth and professional development opportunitiesLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
