Corporate Development & Investment Analyst

You will sit in the Corporate Development team, working directly with senior management on product analysis, investment and strategic partnerships globally for the Company.

Responsibilities

Build the analytical backbone for senior management decisions: business cases, market and competitor intelligence, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner comparisonsIdentify strategic and financial investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on themOngoing support of the Company's portfolio companiesOriginate, structure and help execute strategic partnerships and commercial arrangementsDevelop and defend a view on where crypto product is heading: trading venues and DeFi/on-chain, RWA and tokenization, prediction markets, stablecoins and payments, AI x crypto etc. and translate that view into concrete opportunities for the businessPrepare materials for senior professionals to use in management discussions, client meetings and the firm's engagement with institutional investorsManage ongoing relationships with potential partners across crypto and traditional finance sectorsUse AI tooling to compress the manual layer of the role: screening, data pulls, first-draft memos, portfolio and partner monitoring, recurring reporting, and convert one-off analyses into repeatable workflows the wider team can runOverall operational support with regards to daily operation nand internal updates

Requirements

1-3 years of working experience in financial markets, with strong financial literacy and analytical skillsTrained to think rigorously about businesses and numbersGenuine interest in products. Understanding products including but not limited to spot/perps exchanges, RWA / tokenized-asset platform, prediction market, AIPractical fluency with AI productivity tools. You use LLMs daily to research, draft, model and automate, and can point to work you have accelerated or built. Comfort with light scripting (Python or similar) is a plusStrong quantitative background to support data-informed decision makingFinancial modelling capabilityExcellent organisational, time management and planning skillsSolid, demonstrated oral and written communication skillsProficiency in English, Cantonese and MandarinLife @ Crypto.com Empowered to think big.
