Corporate Governance Trainee

Colep Consumer Products is a multinational, leading global player in the contract manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care, as well as a provider of innovative solutions for brands across the world. Colep Consumer Products develops aerosols and liquids, from concept to fully tested products.The Corporate Governance Trainee will support initiatives across internal governance, risk, compliance, and legal matters, with the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and gain exposure to key corporate projects.Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Support Legal, Risk, Compliance & Corporate Governance activities and processes;
• Contribute to governance and compliance initiatives, including the improvement of internal processes and follow-up of agreed actions;
• Support the effective use and continuous improvement of the systems, tools and workflows used by the team;
• Help structure and maintain reliable information to support governance processes;
• Support M&A projects, including due diligence activities.We are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Economics or a related field;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Proactive, curious and willing to learn;
• Attention to detail and sense of ownership;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel;
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.What we offer
