Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of marketing excellence whilst maintaining a collaborative and forward-thinking workplace culture.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Credit Collection Manager to oversee our daily credit collection operations, mainly manage our delinquency pool, and drive recovery efficiency through strategic vendor management and automation.Key responsibilitiesManage daily throughput and monitor the past-due portfolio to ensure collection targets are metOversee external collection agencies (OCA) and enforce performance standardsRefine SMS/WhatsApp dunning frameworks and build an AI agent automation to optimize self-cure ratesConduct call quality calibrations for frontline agents to ensure adherence to scripts and compliance with internal standardsIdentify and execute appropriate legal recovery strategies, including the issuance of statutory demands and navigating court-mandated recovery processesEnsure all collection activities strictly adhere to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and Money Lenders Ordinance, effectively mitigating legal risk while maximizing recovery efficiencyAbout youProven experience in Hong Kong debt collection, agency oversight, and third-party vendor managementStrong in-depth knowledge of local regulatory standards, legal compliance frameworks, and statutory codesDemonstrated background in the loan repayment industry, possessing 8+ years of relevant experience with mid-management level responsibility, including direct, hands-on debt collection experienceAbility to handle high-volume caseloads and drive process improvementsProficiency in utilizing AI tools for operational efficiency and automation
