We're Hiring: Credit Controller (Debtors) | VDP Distributors Western Cape | Cape TownVDP Distributors Western Cape supplies coffee (Douwe Egberts Professional), DaVinci Gourmet syrups, beverage equipment and wine to hospitality and foodservice businesses across the Western Cape. We’re growing, and we need a sharp, organised person to own our debtors book.What you’ll doManage the full debtors ledger and keep collections on trackFollow up overdue accounts by phone and email, firmly but professionallyRun monthly age analysis and report on debtor days and risk accountsHandle new account applications, credit checks and credit limitsResolve queries and disputes with clients, sales reps and operationsReconcile client accounts and allocate payments accuratelyFlag problem accounts early and work with sales to get them sortedWhat we’re looking for3+ years in credit control or debtors, ideally in distribution or FMCGExperience on SageStrong Excel skillsConfident on the phone and not shy to chase moneyAccurate, organised and honest about where things standMatric required. A bookkeeping or finance qualification is a plusYou would be joining a small team where your work is visible and makes a real difference
