The Dermatologist or General Practitioner with Aesthetic privileges will conduct consultations, assess skin and aesthetic concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols and patient goals. Daily responsibilities include performing and supervising dermatologic and aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, skincare therapies, and minor cosmetic interventions), prescribing and monitoring medical treatments, and ensuring safe, evidence-based practice. The role involves documenting clinical encounters accurately, following infection control and safety standards, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in case discussions and clinical audits. The practitioner will also provide patient education, support pre- and post-treatment care, and contribute to maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with an accredited medical degree and valid license/eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates.Demonstrated expertise in Dermatology and Acne management, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term follow-up.Proficiency in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, with hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and non-surgical facial/body rejuvenation.Prior experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic clinic setting and familiarity with international best practices in patient safety and infection control.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel patients on realistic outcomes and obtain informed consent.Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
