Design Manager (Key Visual, Creative)

ABOUT THE ROLE:MIA.vn is looking for a Design Manager to lead the creative and visual direction of our brand across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, ecommerce and retail touchpoints.In this role, you will take ownership of elevating MIA.vn’s overall design quality, developing a distinctive and consistent visual language, and ensuring that every creative output effectively connects brand identity, customer experience and business objectives.Beyond delivering strong creative work, you will lead and develop our Graphic Design Team, establish scalable design standards and build a more efficient creative production process. We are looking for a hands-on design leader who combines strong aesthetic judgment, commercial thinking and the ability to turn creative direction into high-quality execution.WHAT YOU WILL OWN:Lead Creative & Art Direction, developing Visual Concepts and Key Visuals for marketing campaigns and brand communications.Own brand visual excellence and consistency across Digital & E-commerce (strongly focus), Social Media and Retail touch points.Build and optimize the Design System, ensuring scalable creative production, quality and efficiency.Lead, coach and develop the Design Team, driving creative standards, ownership and delivery performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially effective designs that balance brand identity, customer experience and business objectives.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:8+ years of experience in Graphic/Visual Design or Art Direction, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong portfolio demonstrating Creative Direction, Branding, Campaign Key Visuals and Commercial Design.Strong expertise in Typography, Layout, Visual Hierarchy, Digital/Ecommerce Design and Design Systems.Proven ability to lead designers, provide creative feedback and translate marketing briefs into compelling visual executions.Strong aesthetic judgment, commercial mindset and hands-on capability; experience in Retail, E-commerce, Lifestyle, FMCG or Creative Agencies is strongly preferred.WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US?
