Digital Health & AI Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced Digital Health & AI Technology Lead to join a growing technology startup and take a leading role in the development and delivery of innovative digital health solutions.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with R&D leadership, client management, solution delivery, and project management experience.What you’ll be responsible for:* Lead and manage the R&D and technical development team, from concept through production and deployment.* Remain hands-on technically, contributing to solution architecture, development, technical decisions, and problem-solving.* Drive the development of digital health platforms and AI-enabled solutions.* Lead technical engagements with clients, understand their requirements, and translate business and clinical needs into scalable technology solutions.* Own end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high technical standard.* Manage project plans, priorities, resources, risks, and cross-functional coordination.* Help establish the technology roadmap, development standards, and R&D processes as the company scales.What we’re looking for:* 5 - 10 years of relevant technology experience, ideally with significant exposure to digital health / healthcare technology.* Strong software engineering and solution architecture background with the ability to remain hands-on.* Practical experience developing or integrating AI/ML capabilities, ideally within healthcare solutions.* Experience leading technical or R&D teams.* Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.* Proven experience managing complex technology projects and delivering solutions from concept to deployment.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership and wearing multiple hats.Based in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, or Palestine, and able to support an approximately 80% remote / 20% onsite working model.We’re looking for someone who can bridge technology, AI, healthcare, clients, and execution—someone who enjoys building products while also leading the team responsible for delivering them.
