Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of individual projects within the program portfolio.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.Understand business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery of tech solution towards fulfilling the business objectivesManage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment.Monitor project performance, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions.Perform risk management to minimise project risks.Conduct Regular Project Meetings and Steering Committee meetingsCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and Senior Management/Steering CommitteeCreate and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter, project plans, status reports and operational checklistsTo be successful for this role, you will ideally: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplinesMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for those with experience in digital application implementation project.Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Scrum Master Program certification preferred.Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Extensive sector domain knowledge and able to work with senior managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua/Mandarin speaking and writing ability is an advantageDemonstrate a strong awareness of the uses of retail technologies within the industry sector and specifically within competitive or associated organisations operating in the same marketExperience working in a highly matrixed organisation, FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantageKnowledge in E-Commerce, POS and Store Operation will be advantaged
