Digital Transformation Lead

Their culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial and purpose-driven.The roleAs Digital Transformation Lead, you will help clients turn strategic ambitions into lasting organisational change. You will shape transformation roadmaps, align stakeholders, guide teams through new ways of working and make sure each initiative delivers measurable business value. A key focus is helping clients adopt modern delivery practices, including AI-enabled ways of building software.This role suits someone who enjoys working through complexity, building momentum across organisations and staying close to the delivery work.Key responsibilitiesTransformation deliveryLead or co-lead transformation programmes end-to-end: scoping, delivery, measurement and iteration.Work embedded with client delivery teams, coaching engineers, product owners, business analysts and delivery leads on modern discovery and delivery practices.Run the discovery phase of each engagement. This means assessing the client’s current delivery model, constraints and readiness for change, and identifying high-value use cases.Design and facilitate transformation roadmaps that sequence capability building, tooling adoption and organisational change.Define and track meaningful KPIs, such as productivity, delivery speed and quality, to demonstrate and sustain value.Support clients in setting up Centres of Excellence, including governance models, role definitions and capability frameworks.Feed learnings from client work back into the company’s delivery methodology.Technology and innovationWork alongside engineering teams to introduce new tooling and practices into client environments, including AI-assisted development and automation across the software lifecycle.Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical, structured delivery patterns.Business developmentContribute to client discovery, proposals and scoping with credible, realistic input.Help shape capability assessments, pilot proposals and transformation roadmaps.Thought leadershipShare insights through articles, case studies, events and client forums.Help develop frameworks and playbooks that strengthen the practice.What you’ll bringMust-havesProven experience leading change management or digital transformation initiatives, including roadmapping and KPIs.Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and training skills.Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and modern ways of working.Hands-on familiarity with AI tools applied to software delivery, such as coding assistants and agent frameworks.Working knowledge of Agile, Lean and Systems Thinking.Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments.Nice-to-havesBackground in technology consulting or another advisory role.Exposure to pre-sales, RFPs or client proposals.Experience in financial services, government or other regulated industries.MindsetYou treat every engagement and setback as a chance to learn.You lead by example and are happy to roll up your sleeves.You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities.You enjoy experimenting and sharing what you learn.What’s on offerA high-impact role shaping how leading organisations transform.International career path and mobility opportunities.Personalised training and a strong knowledge-sharing culture.An entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are encouraged.
