Tailor my CV for this job — freeAt Robyne's Nest, the work we do for young people is only as strong as the systems that support it.We walk alongside young people ages 14–24 facing housing instability and limited family support — helping them complete school and build toward independence. Our team is small, close-knit, and driven by a shared belief: that every young person deserves the support and opportunity to realize their full potential. We're looking for a Director of Operations who shares that belief and wants to build the infrastructure that makes it possible.WHAT YOU'LL DOThis role is the operational backbone of Robyne's Nest. If a process doesn't exist, you'll create it. If it isn't working, you'll fix it.Human Resources — From recruiting and onboarding to compliance and personnel practices, you'll make Robyne's Nest a place where good people want to stay and grow.Events & Logistics — You'll lead the operational side of everything we put on — fundraisers, community events, board meetings, and more — so our ED and program staff can show up fully present.Volunteers — You'll build the infrastructure for our volunteer program: roles, onboarding, scheduling, and recognition that helps volunteers do meaningful work and want to come back.Development Operations — You'll make sure gifts are processed accurately, donors are thanked promptly, records are clean, and grant deadlines never sneak up on us.Financial Administration — You'll work with our outside accounting team, track expenses against budget, and keep our board well-informed with clear, organized documentation.WHO YOU ARE
