Director of Talent Acquisition - B2B SaaS - Boston

A fast-growing B2B SaaS technology company is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead its in-house recruiting function.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a strategic recruiter who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, partner directly with executive leadership, and establish the processes, technology, and metrics needed to scale hiring. As the company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing recruiting team.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and compensation.Proactively source and engage high-quality passive talent.Build and implement recruiting infrastructure, including ATS, interview processes, scorecards, and reporting.Track recruiting metrics, optimize hiring processes, and report results to leadership.Manage agency partnerships and develop scalable internal sourcing strategies.Maintain a high talent bar while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree, plus 7+ years of recruiting experience; B2B SaaS or technology experience preferred.Proven experience building or scaling an internal recruiting function.Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of engaging passive candidates.Experience implementing recruiting systems, processes, and performance metrics.AI fluency, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology and automation to improve recruiting efficiency.Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.Experience mentoring or managing recruiters, with the ability to build a team as the organization scales.This is an excellent opportunity for an established Talent Acquisition professional who has successfully built out a TA function to join a high-performing team in the SaaS industry. The position is primarily remote. The expected compensation range for this position is between $140K-$200K, depending on experience.
