Ecommerce Fulfilment Supervisor (New Vertical Setup), Dubai, UAEAbout the CompanyWe are an experienced logistics team that manages logistics plans to help clients keep their commitments to end customers. Supported by a global network of agents, we offer clearing and forwarding services for businesses operating across international markets. We are now launching a dedicated ecommerce fulfilment division and are looking for a hands-on supervisor to help set it up and run it from day one.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You will be the first operations lead for our new ecommerce fulfilment vertical, working closely with management to get the operation up and running, then supervising it day to day. You will build the workflows, organize the warehouse, train the team and make sure our first clients’ orders go out accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting up the operationPlan the warehouse layout for receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returnsCreate simple, clear SOPs for each fulfilment processHelp select, set up and configure WMS/inventory tracking toolsEstablish relationships with last-mile couriers and packaging suppliersRecruit, train and onboard warehouse staff as the operation growsSupport onboarding of the first ecommerce clients and integration of their stock and order flowsRunning the operationSupervise daily fulfilment activities and allocate tasks across shiftsTrack KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch time, inventory accuracy and return ratesRun regular stock counts and keep inventory records accurateHandle day-to-day client communication on order status, exceptions and escalationsCoordinate with delivery partners to resolve failed or delayed deliveriesProduce daily and weekly reports for managementEnforce health, safety and quality standardsRequirementsFluent in Hindi and EnglishMust be located in UAE, oversea applications can not be entertainedExperience in warehousing, logistics or ecommerce fulfilment, with at least 1–2 years supervising a teamExperience setting up or improving a warehouse process, or being part of a new operation launch, is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of WMS, TMS or ERP systems, plus Excel and emailStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentGood communication and leadership skillsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain, or equivalent experienceReady to work 6 days a week.Reference will be requiredAdvantagesExperience in a 3PL or freight forwarding companyKnowledge of UAE last-mile delivery and marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)Ability to meet prospective clients and support the sales team in site visits and solution
