Should be experienced in Luxury retailResponsibilitiesOwn ecommerce P&L, revenue and conversion targetsManage D2C store (Shopify/Magento or similar) end-to-endRun marketplace accounts: Noon, Amazon.ae, Namshi and similarLead catalog, pricing, promotions and campaign calendarDrive performance marketing coordination with agency/in-house teamOptimise fulfilment, returns and last-mile with logistics partnersTrack KPIs: traffic, CR, AOV, ROAS, stock sell-throughManage a small ecommerce/content teamRequirements5–8 years in ecommerce, 3+ managing a UAE/GCC online retail channelHands-on with Shopify/Magento and marketplace seller centresStrong analytics: GA4, Excel, marketplace dashboardsBachelor’s degreeProfessional English; Arabic an advantageBased in UAE or able to relocate to Dubai
