The role involves installing a variety of flooring types, preparing subfloors, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring high-quality finishes in residential and commercial spaces. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting layout plans, safely operating installation tools and equipment, and following company standards for workmanship and safety. Installers will work closely with project managers and other team members to complete projects on schedule, maintain clean and organized work areas, and provide professional on-site interaction with clients. The position requires a strong focus on precision, reliability, and adherence to Creative Wrap’s quality and safety guidelines.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Hardwood Flooring and Hardwood installation, including preparation, fitting, and finishing.Candidates should possess skills in Carpet installation, including measuring, cutting, and securing different carpet types.Candidates should possess general Flooring skills, including subfloor preparation, leveling, and use of appropriate adhesives and tools.Candidates should possess skills in Ceramic flooring installation, including tile cutting, layout, and grouting.Experience with engineered and other modern flooring systems, especially in residential and commercial environments.Ability to read and interpret floor plans, take accurate measurements, and maintain high attention to detail.Strong commitment to safety practices, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to site regulations.Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working on floors for extended periods.Previous experience in flooring installation or a related trade; vocational training or certifications are an advantage.Basic communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
