Location: Dubai, UAEExperience: 2 5 yearsEducation: Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/Mechanical or relevant field with 2-5 years of experience (OR) ITI with 5+ years of experienceJob SummaryInstall, Perform Commissioning, and troubleshooting activities of equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.Ensure installations are carried out as per approved layout drawings and schematics.Log deviations between drawings and site conditions and escalate early resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that the systems continue to perform reliably.Maintain accurate service records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying engineers of recurring problems.Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed,Ensure schedules finish on time to meet commitments.System Expertise : BMS(Building Management System),EMS (Energy Management System) ,LCS(Lighting Control System) ,GRMS (Guest Room Management System), BTU (British Thermal Unit)
