ERP Implementation & Customer Success Specialist
Zircle · Kochi, Kerala, India
Tailor my CV for this job — freeRole SummaryYou will own the go-live and adoption of Zircle ERP at our enterprise solar installer clients: mapping how they work today onto the product, configuring and migrating their data, training every user role onsite, and telling our product team what is missing.About ZircleIndia is putting solar on millions of rooftops and the solar installers doing that work still run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets and memory. Zircle is the cleantech startup fixing that. Zircle ERP already runs the daily operations of some of Kerala's leading solar installers, from the first lead to BOQ, procurement, installation, commissioning and after-sales. Energy Hub lets installers watch every system they have ever built, across any inverter brand, from one screen. Zircle Node sits on the homeowner's solar system and shows them, in real time, what they are generating, using and sending back to the grid.We are a small, fast-moving team of builders who spend as much time on installers' shop floors as at our desks. This is our first dedicated implementation and customer success hire. You will be the person who turns our software into working habits inside real solar companies, and you will write the playbook to every client after this one is onboarded with. What you will doImplementation (about 40%)Run discovery with client teams to document how they work today: leads, site survey, BOQ, procurement, installation, commissioning, subsidy and net-metering, AMC.Map those workflows onto Zircle ERP, configure the system, and flag gaps and workarounds before go-live.Clean and migrate master data and historical records (customers, projects, inventory, vendors) from spreadsheets, Tally and other tools.Plan and run user acceptance testing and the go-live cutover.Training (about 30%)Deliver role-based training onsite for sales, project coordinators, warehouse and procurement, accounts and management.Write SOPs and short how-to videos in Malayalam and English, and keep them current as the product changes.Floor-walk during the first weeks after go-live so people use the system instead of falling back to WhatsApp and Excel.Support and adoption (about 20%)Be the first point of contact for client issues: resolve what you can, reproduce bugs cleanly for the development team, and keep clients informed.Track adoption each week (active users, transactions raised in the system, open tickets) and act on what the numbers show.Product feedback (about 10%)Send the product team a structured weekly note on gaps, requests and friction, ranked by how many clients each affects.Test new releases against real client workflows before they reach users.Your first 90 daysYou will join a live Zircle ERP implementation at one of our enterprise clients in Kerala. Some modules are already being built and rolled out; the rest go live over the next three months. There is no ramp-up period: you learn the product by working on it from day one, and you take ownership of the rollout within your first two weeks. You remain a Zircle employee throughout, with a weekly review with your manager.Weeks 1–2 — Take the handover. Learn the modules already live and the ones in build, directly from our team and the client's users. Take over user support and training for what is live. Document the gaps already found.Weeks 3–6 — Run the rollouts in flight. Own configuration, data migration, UAT and training for the modules currently in build. Start the user manual and SOPs from the live modules.Weeks 7–12 — Complete and stabilise. Take the remaining planned modules from configuration through go-live. Floor-walk after each release, drive adoption across every role, and hand over to steady-state support. Turn what you built into Zircle's reusable implementation playbook. What we are looking forMust-havesFluent spoken and written Malayalam and English. You should be able to train a warehouse team and present to a managing director on the same day.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsBased in Kerala and willing to work onsite at client offices 4–5 days a week, with travel across districts.Strong with spreadsheets and data clean-up; comfortable turning a messy real-world process into a clear flow.Patient and persuasive with people who do not want to change how they work.Nice-to-havesHands-on experience with ERPNext or Frappe.Working knowledge of TallyExperience creating training material or running classroom or on-the-job training.1–2 years in solar EPC operations (project coordination, procurement, warehouse, sales ops) or in implementing ERP or business software for SMEs (Zoho, Tally, ERPNext, Odoo, SAP Business One or similar). How to applyEmail your CV to team@gozircle.com with the subject "ERP Implementation Specialist" and 3–5 lines on one implementation, rollout or process change you ran and what you would do differently. No cover letter needed. The process takes about 2 weeks:Screening call (30 min) — your experience, in Malayalam and English.Practical assessment (half day) — map a sample installer's workflow onto Zircle ERP, teach one module to a member of our team playing a warehouse supervisor and triage a few realistic support tickets.Final conversation with the founder, including a frank discussion of the first three months onsite.Reference checks — two, including at least one person you trained or supported.
