Contract ERP Project Manager – NetSuite ImplementationZehnder Group North America is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the client side of a manufacturing-focused NetSuite implementation.This is a contract opportunity for an experienced project leader who can manage the implementation from the client side and keep internal teams, implementation partners and vendors aligned through go-live.Pay Rate: from $100/hr. + milestone bonusses Location: Buffalo, NY preferredWork Arrangement: Hybrid or remote may be consideredHours: 10–20 hours per weekDuration: Approximately 12 monthsAbout the RoleThis is not a NetSuite functional consultant or solution architect position.The Project Manager will own the integrated project plan, project governance, meeting cadence, risks, dependencies, resource coordination, testing readiness, cutover planning and overall client-side accountability.The role will coordinate internal business teams, IT resources, the NetSuite implementation partner and other third-party providers to ensure the implementation remains aligned with scope, schedule, business requirements and go-live readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path and dependenciesEstablish project governance, RAID logs, action tracking and decision managementLead project meetings and provide clear executive status reportingHold internal stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors accountable for commitmentsIdentify and proactively manage risks, resource constraints and dependenciesCoordinate multiple workstreams and system integrationsManage client-side data migration activitiesCoordinate UAT, testing, defect tracking and readinessLead cutover and go-live preparationChallenge proposed customizations, scope changes and change ordersMonitor project scope, schedule, budget and overall project healthSupport the transition from implementation to ongoing system ownershipWhat We're Looking For8+ years of project or program management experienceClient-side leadership of at least two full-cycle ERP implementations through go-liveStrong project governance, risk, critical-path and dependency management experienceProven ability to drive accountability across internal teams and external vendorsExperience managing multiple workstreams and system integrationsExperience with data migration, UAT, cutover and go-liveERP implementation experience in a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP platformStrong communication, organization and executive reporting skillsAbility to work independently in a part-time contract environmentPreferred: Prior NetSuite implementation experience, manufacturing/complex manufacturing experience, WMS/CPQ/integration experience, and PMP, PgMP or formal project-management methodology experience.Some on-site presence at the Buffalo facility will be required, with greater involvement expected during planning, testing, cutover and go-live.Interested in joining the project?Apply today!
