Job DescriptionManage end-to-end planning and execution of high touch experiential events, conferences, and corporate engagements.Coordinate event logistics, operations, production, and onsite delivery.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered to expectations.Develop project timelines, budgets, and action plans to ensure successful execution.Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners to support event requirements.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.Build and maintain lasting client and stakeholder relationships.Support event conceptualisation and creative solutions to deliver impactful experiences.Conduct post-event reviews and reporting.Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in event management, event production, event operations, account servicing, or project management.Experience managing corporate, government, MICE, experiential, or large-scale events is advantageousProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.Excellent project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Comfortable with occasional travelTng Wess Lee License No.: 02C3423 Personnel Registration No.: R1551835 Your Safety and Data Security Matter to UsManpowerGroup is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
