Export & Logistics Assistant & Sales Support

About usWe are looking for a flexible and motivated Export Assistant to join our Sales & Export team in Athens.This is a hands-on role combining logistics follow-up, negotiation with transport partners and back-office support for the sales and export department. What you will doLogistics

• Arrange and follow up shipments with forwarders, carriers and warehouses
• Request and compare freight quotes, and negotiate rates and terms
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages or claims
• Coordinate loading and delivery schedules with production, warehouse and customersExport documentation
• Prepare and check export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, CMR, B/L, certificates of origin, EUR.1, health certificates)
• Work with customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance
• Keep up to date with export rules and IncotermsSales & back office
• Process customer orders and prepare quotations, order confirmations and invoices
• Follow up on customers, orders and payments
• Keep records up to date in the ERP/CRM system
• Prepare simple reports on shipments, costs and sales
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as neededWhat we are looking for
• 2–3 years of experience in export, logistics, shipping or sales back office
• Basic knowledge of export documents, customs procedures and Incoterms
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English; other languages (e.g. Arabic, Dutch, German) are a plus
• Good PC skills, especially Excel; ERP experience (SoftOne or Exact Online) is a plus
• Experience in the food or beverage sector is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle several tasks at once
• Flexible, eager to learn and comfortable with a mix of logistics and office work
• Driving licence; willing to travel occasionally (Greece, Netherlands, Egypt)What we offer
