Role Description The Director at Le Média Maintenance will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service quality, workflow efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Mirpur involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring key operational and financial metrics. The Director will develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to support business growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include reviewing and improving processes, resolving escalated issues, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership. The Director will also support talent development, foster a collaborative work environment, and represent the organization in external meetings as needed.Qualifications Proven experience in leadership and management roles, with the ability to supervise teams, delegate responsibilities, and guide performance toward measurable goals.Strong operational and organizational skills, including experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning.Solid strategic planning and business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting data to inform decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to address complex issues and implement practical solutions.Ability to work on-site in Mirpur on a full-time basis and maintain a consistent, reliable presence in the organization.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in leadership or operations management are an advantage.Experience in media, maintenance services, or a related industry is preferred, along with familiarity with relevant local regulations and industry standards.
