Then this is your next step.What will you do?In the role of Finance Director, you are responsible for, among others:Acting as a trusted financial business partner to leadershipDriving financial performance by translating strategy into KPIs (Net Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA)Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across marketsMonitoring financial performance and identifying risks and opportunitiesDeveloping scenario analyses and financial models for decision-makingSupporting commercial decision-making (pricing, investments, margin optimization)Analyzing profitability across customers, channels, and product categoriesDriving portfolio optimization and improving margin developmentBuilding and evaluating business cases for investments, innovation, and strategic initiativesDelivering high-quality management reporting and performance insightsPreparing and contributing to business reviews with actionable recommendationsPartnering with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to improve profitability and working capitalDriving financial transparency, governance, and KPI disciplineAdditionally, you contribute to strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and growth plans, ensuring measurable value creation and a strong performance mindset across the organization.Who are you?You are a strategic and analytically strong finance professional who thrives in an international and dynamic environment.
