Finance Executive / Finance Manager

Candidates with solid financial expertise and experience working for reputable companies, established regional businesses, or multinational organizations are particularly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts, depending on the role.Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to support business operations and decision-making.Ensure financial records are accurate and maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.Support tax compliance, including VAT-related matters and coordination with external tax advisors, where applicable.Assist with internal controls, audit preparation, and financial risk management.Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and operational support.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and cost control.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.Experience with a well-known multinational company, established regional business, or reputable industry leader is highly preferred.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.Familiarity with UAE VAT and local financial compliance requirements is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting systems is preferred.ACCA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.Good communication and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Chinese language skills are an advantage.How to ApplyIf you have relevant finance experience and are interested in exploring career opportunities in the UAE, please submit your CV through LinkedIn.Our recruitment team may contact you to learn more about your professional background, career interests, compensation expectations, and availability.
