Finance Manager ( Consolidation /$7000)

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Manage month-end and year-end financial closing, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger, and full set of accounts.Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analyses to support business decision-making.Develop, review, and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures.Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, and trade financing activities.Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, and regulatory requirements.Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, bankers, corporate secretaries, and regulatory authorities.Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.Support regional finance activities and consolidation reporting where required.Requirements Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.At least 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.Well verse in financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, budgeting, and internal controls.Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous.Xavier, Jianwei Wang EA License No. 02C3423 Personnel Registration No. R1433917 Your Safety and Data Security Matter to UsManpowerGroup is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
