Finance Operations ManagerInsurance£80-85,000 PAPermanentLondon - Hybrid workingResponsibilitiesDelivering on month end reportingOwning balance sheet reconciliationsWorking with FP&A on forecasts and budgetsActing as a senior business partner across corporate and middle office functionsManaging a small team of two analystsRepresenting finance on relevant boards and steering groupsSupporting year end external reporting, tax when needed, and preparing quarterly VAT returns alongside the tax teamManaging and developing reporting tools (Power Bi) and upskilling junior team members through training and delegation of new tasksDriving continuous improvement, building on already streamlined processes to support wider finance initiatives across the groupPersonal ProfileQualified accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIMA, CAANZ, CPA) with 3+ years post qualification experience, and degree qualifiedPrior experience managing a small teamExperience with planning tools such as Power Bi essentialIndustry experience within a corporate environmentA strong understanding of accounting principles, and exposure to a range of finance processes and functionsExperience working through forecasting and budgeting cyclesStrong systems knowledge, ideally across reconciliation, planning and reporting platformsExperience managing or developing others, with line management of a senior analyst and an analystApply now or contact chloe.williams@thejssgroup.com
