Location: Mumbai HO.Job description: Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, Companies Act, and applicable tax laws.Oversee financial reporting, Ind AS, statutory accounts, regulatory submissions, and management MIS.Partner with actuarial teams on technical reserves, solvency, and capital management.Monitor expenses, commission limits, investment accounting, treasury, and taxation.Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit compliance.Drive finance transformation through ERP systems, automation, analytics, and process improvements.Lead the finance function, advise senior management and the Board, and support strategic business decisions.We are looking for candidates working as a Finance Controller / or in a similar senior finance role with a General Insurance background.
