Financial Reporting Analyst (Entry/Mid-Level)Hybrid – LondonLumos Insurance is hiring two entry- to mid-level professionals with financial reporting experience in insurance or the broader financial services sector.What you’ll do:Support preparation of financial reports, schedules, reconciliations, and analyses across all Lumos lines of business.Assist with data collection, variance analysis, and delivery of accurate, timely reporting packages.Work with other departments to investigate root causes of variances, explain results, and support better decision-making.What we’re looking for:Experience preparing or supporting financial reports in insurance, reinsurance, banking, or related financial services.Comfort with Excel, financial systems, and basic data analysis.Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a hybrid London-based environment.Ideal for candidates early in their careers who want broad exposure to insurance financial reporting across multiple lines of business.
