Madar offers a collaborative environment for technology professionals who want to work on diverse, impact-driven projects.Role Description The Forward Deployed Engineer role is a full-time remote position focused on working directly with clients to design, build, and deploy digital products and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, implementing back-end services and APIs, and integrating systems to support web and mobile applications. The engineer collaborates with designers, product managers, and other developers to improve workflows, automate processes, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, optimizing performance, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. Forward Deployed Engineers are expected to communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client operations through technology.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building APIs and server-side applications.Hands-on Programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar).Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and application in real-world systems.Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), version control (Git), and modern development workflows.Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical designs.Comfort with remote collaboration tools and practices; ability to work independently and within distributed teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with cloud platforms, system integration, or workflow automation is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a focus on quality and reliability.
