Founding Solutions Engineer - AI Security
RAXE AI · Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Tailor my CV for this job — freeFounding Solutions Engineer - AI SecurityRAXE AI | Dubai, UAE | Early expressions of interestHiring will depend on funding; there is no confirmed start date. This is an expression of interest for intended paid, full-time employment.RAXE builds self-hosted security and runtime evidence for AI agents. We help organisations understand the actions agents take across tools, files and systems, while keeping deployment within their environment. We’re registered and based in DIFC AI Campus, Dubai.HOW WE WORKWe are building a small team that uses AI agents across everyday work. You own the outcome: frame the problem, give agents bounded tasks, verify their output against evidence and know when to involve a person. We value judgement, clear communication and reusable workflows. More agent activity is not evidence of better results.THE ROLEYou would own the technical journey from an initial customer conversation to a working deployment and a clear assessment of its value. This is a hands-on role combining technical discovery, integration, troubleshooting and customer communication.WHAT YOU WOULD OWN
- Understand the customer’s agent workflows, deployment constraints and security requirements.
- Agree practical pilot success criteria with the customer and founder.
- Deploy RAXE and connect it to relevant applications, tools and agent workflows.
- Diagnose integration problems and work with engineering on reusable fixes.
- Build demonstrations that show what an agent did and why the evidence matters.
- Create deployment guides, troubleshooting runbooks and customer handovers.
- Document pilot outcomes, limitations and the technical steps needed for a purchase decision.WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG MATCH
- You have deployed or integrated technical software in customer or internal production environments.
- You can troubleshoot across APIs, logs, Linux, containers and cloud infrastructure.
- You can write enough Python to build integrations and investigate problems.
- You can explain technical findings clearly to engineers and security leaders.
- You are comfortable owning follow-through after a demonstration.Experience with enterprise AI, security tools, observability or technical consulting would be useful. Azure and Microsoft agent environments are relevant areas of interest, but are not the only route into the role.AI-ASSISTED CUSTOMER DELIVERYUse agents to prepare integrations, analyse logs, draft runbooks and organise pilot evidence. Personally verify customer facts, define success criteria and distinguish product defects from harness or infrastructure failures. An agent-generated report or a passing demo is not enough: validate the actual customer workflow and record limitations before recommending rollout.EARLY SUCCESSTake a representative customer workflow through deployment, produce useful evidence and turn what you learn into a repeatable implementation process. You would work directly with the founder. The founder would retain responsibility for pricing and commercial commitments; you would own technical delivery and acceptance.INTERESTED?Share your profile and a short example of a deployment or integration you owned: the problem, what you personally did and the outcome.Different professional backgrounds and routes into technology are welcome. Please don’t share confidential customer or employer material.Funding, compensation, customer travel and the working arrangement will be discussed transparently before any formal recruitment process. No confirmed start date, salary range, equity or visa/relocation arrangements are being offered at this stage.
