Franchise District Manager - Atlanta

If this sounds like you, then our fast-growing Franchise Operations team may be the place for you.As a District Manager at Jiffy Lube, you will be the most direct, most consistent point of partnership between Jiffy Lube and its franchise owners. You will carry a portfolio of 40–50 franchise locations and be their trusted business advisor, operational coach, and growth partner. This role is not just about ensuring brand standards are in place, but being a consultant, coach, trainer, and operations expert.What Success Looks LikeYou will be measured by one thing more than anything else: your franchisees are growing. Here is what that means in practice:Sales are up — franchisees in your territory are increasing transactions, growing cars, and outperforming prior-year benchmarks.Franchisees are profitable and understand why — P&L conversations are happening, costs are managed, and owners trust your financial coaching.Brand standards are our foundation - Wherever you are in the U.S. our customers rely on our "Consistently Jiffy" service delivery.Franchisees feel supported — they answer your calls, implement your ideas, and tell their peers you are the reason they love being part of the Jiffy Lube family.What We're Looking For3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise operations experience with a trusted brand.Demonstrated background in field-based business consulting, franchise support, or multi-unit operations management.Proven history of growing sales, improving profitability, and building strong franchise or operator relationships.Bachelor's degree preferred.TRAVEL & WORKING CONDITIONSApproximately 15% travel required, including overnight travel by car and air.Supports franchisees primarily in the Atlanta market, as well as throughout Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.Jiffy Lube LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
