There will be quieter moments to get stuck into administration and wider office support, alongside busy periods welcoming guests, preparing meeting spaces and juggling multiple requests.They’re looking for someone who can really make the role their own. Someone who enjoys being front of house, takes pride in the little details and is happy to use their initiative to make things run even better.The RoleBeing the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome.Managing the reception area and maintaining excellent presentation standards.Preparing meeting rooms and showroom spaces for visitors, including organising catering and refreshments.Coordinating visitor passes, building access and general reception administration.Supporting new starters with welcome packs and access arrangements.Managing office lockers and maintaining accurate records.Working closely with the Office Manager and Office Assistants to support the smooth running of the office.Helping with general administration, deliveries, suppliers and wider workplace tasks.Taking ownership of the reception experience and proactively identifying ways to improve it.About YouPersonality is a huge part of this one!We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, friendly and approachable, with the confidence to chat to anyone and make people feel instantly at ease.You’ll have some previous reception, front-of-house or hospitality experience, whether that's within a creative office, hotel, restaurant or another busy, service-led environment.You'll be organised, switched on and comfortable managing several things at once, with the common sense to know what needs doing and the confidence to get on with it.Most importantly, you'll genuinely enjoy looking after people.
