Under a name rich in tradition, Kempinski, hoteliers since 1897, has traveled the world in search of fascinating destinations, without ever forgetting its traditions and European heritage.Your Responsibilities:To ensure high quality, professional reception and service of guests accordingly hotel standardsPlanning and supervising the daily operations of the Front Office departmentEnsuring optimal room and bed occupancyHandling VIPs in representation during the absence of the Lady in Red / Gent in Red teamAssigning amenities for arrivals as well as VIP and complaint guests in absence of Lady in Red / Gent in Red teamTraining and supporting new employeesConducting trainings for continuous improvements within the department.Optimizing revenue through sales-promoting measuresCollaborating with the Reservation and Housekeeping teamResponsibility for settlements and accommodation reports and statisticsDeputizing for the Assistant / Front Office Manager in their absenceControl cash and non-cash transactionsInform guests about additional services, special offers offered by the hotel and actively sell themDevelop positive and professional cooperation with other hotel departments
Requirements
