After more than 25 years at the forefront of the industry, the property will undergo a carefully considered restoration led by renowned designer Tristan Auer, bringing a refined contemporary vision while preserving the legacy, craftsmanship, and spirit of this extraordinary landmark.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager – Members Club role to join Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Define and deliver the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab Members Club strategy, annual business plan and operating model in line with the hotel’s positioning and commercial objectives.Lead the day-to-day operation of the club’s full strategic vision, food and beverage outlets, setting and maintaining consistently exceptional service standards, operational procedures and personalised member experiences across every touchpoint.Oversee the end-to-end operation and commercial performance of all dedicated members-only outlets, ensuring each offers an exclusive and differentiated experience while operating as one seamless club proposition.Direct the club’s overall business plan, daily operations, food and beverage outlets, financial performance, legal compliance, and team leadership in alignment with the hotel.Manage member acquisition, retention, personalized service, exclusive events, and luxury brand partnerships alongside the Membership Director.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline, complemented by fluent written and spoken English; postgraduate qualifications in Hospitality, Business or a related field, relevant professional training and additional languages would be advantageous.Minimum 10 years’ progressive leadership experience within luxury hospitality, a private members club or a premium lifestyle business.Proven experience leading a complex, high-touch operation with full budget and commercial accountability.Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships with high-profile or high-net-worth clientele while maintaining strict confidentiality.Track record of developing teams, elevating service standards and delivering sustainable revenue and membership growth.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
