We are seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner to provide medical care across three of our nursing homes in Drogheda, Ardee and Balbriggan.About the RoleAs the GP lead, you will work closely with our nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.Key responsibilities include:Providing care to medical card holders under the GMS contract (list available for transfer)Conducting medical assessments in line with HIQA standardsProviding private care to non-medical card holdersSupporting care planning, medication reviews and end-of-life careContributing to service development, research and quality improvement initiativesEssential CriteriaSpecialist Registration in General Practice with the Irish Medical CouncilEligible for a GMS listMinimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year in IrelandExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine interest in geriatric care and improving outcomes for older peopleWhy Join Virtue Integrated Care?At Virtue Integrated Care, we are committed to delivering exceptional care across our growing network of premium nursing homes.Our CARA Values - Caring, Ambitious, Responsive and Accountable - guide everything we do.
