We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team and help us deliver an authentic Caribbean dining experience.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef specialising in Caribbean cuisine to lead our kitchen operations.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Caribbean dishes, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to manage a kitchen team while maintaining consistent food quality, hygiene, and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily kitchen operations and supervise the kitchen team.Develop, prepare, and maintain authentic Caribbean dishes.Create and refine recipes, menus, and food presentations.Manage food purchasing, inventory, stock rotation, and portion control.Monitor food costs, minimise wastage, and maintain quality standards.Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene requirements.Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.Work closely with management to support restaurant pre-opening and ongoing operations.RequirementsProven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.Strong experience in Caribbean cuisine is essential.Knowledge of Jamaican food and traditional Caribbean cooking techniques is highly desirable.Experience managing and training a kitchen team.Good understanding of food costing, inventory, and kitchen hygiene.Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Candidates with experience in restaurant openings will have an advantage.What We OfferAn opportunity to join an exciting Caribbean restaurant concept in Dubai.The opportunity to contribute to menu development and kitchen operations.A collaborative working environment.Salary negotiable based on experience.
