An international precious metals group is seeking an experienced Head of Diamond Products to lead the expansion of its diamond jewellery offering across its global retail network.Head of Diamond Products

Location: Dubai, UAE | Global RemitBased in Dubai, this senior leadership role will oversee the entire diamond product lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement through product development, production and retail sales.

The successful candidate will drive a strategy to increase diamond product presence across the global store network by 50%, while delivering profitable growth and maintaining high quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the global diamond product strategy, delivering the targeted 50% expansion across the retail network.Manage the end-to-end process, including sourcing, procurement, product development, production, distribution and sales.Build and maintain relationships with diamond suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating competitive pricing and commercial terms.Shape product ranges and pricing to reflect customer demand, regional preferences and market trends.Oversee production planning, quality control and delivery schedules.Partner with regional retail, merchandising and marketing teams to grow sales and strengthen in-store performance.Manage inventory, stock allocation and replenishment to improve sell-through, margins and working capital efficiency.Establish and monitor performance measures covering sales growth, profitability, product mix and stock turnover.Uphold standards for responsible sourcing, diamond grading, certification and traceability.Lead and develop teams to deliver the business’s global growth ambitions.Candidate Requirements10+ years’ experience in diamond markets, including significant leadership responsibility.A proven track record of growing a diamond jewellery business across multiple stores or international markets.Strong expertise in diamond sourcing, procurement, grading, pricing and production.Experience overseeing the full product lifecycle, from procurement through to retail sales.Established supplier relationships and strong negotiation skills.Strong commercial judgement and experience managing budgets, margins and inventory.The ability to deliver strategic growth through effective operational management.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to be based in Dubai and travel internationally as required.The OpportunityA senior leadership position offering end-to-end ownership of a global diamond product business and a clear mandate to deliver substantial growth.
